Eagle Creek Nursery and Landscape Recommendation Report: Sourcing Qualified Labor

Eagle Creek Nursery and Landscape Center would like to know more about sourcing qualified labor. This broadly includes all employees at the company but the report is honing in on landscapers specifically. Our goal is to provide information about

• Attracting potentially qualified employees

• Retaining qualified employees

• Presenting information that is relevant and applicable in the future

 

In this report, we are recommending four major approaches to help solve the issue of sourcing qualified labor. By applying the recommendations, Eagle Creek Nursery and Landscape Center will be able to more easily source qualified labor, as well as retain qualified labor as to prevent the problem from arising in the future.
